Welcome to Advanced Retoucher. This Delivery and Refund Policy explains our workflow for project delivery, revision handling, and refund eligibility. It is designed to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction while protecting both parties in a fair and professional manner.
1. Delivery Policy
1.1 Turnaround Time
Our turnaround time varies depending on the number of images and complexity of edits:
Small Orders (1–20 images): 12–24 hours
Medium Orders (20–100 images): 24–48 hours
Large Orders (100+ images): 48–72+ hours
Estimated delivery time will be confirmed upon receiving the deposit and full instructions.
⚠️ Note: Delays due to unclear instructions, incomplete submissions, or late feedback from the client are not our responsibility.
1.2 File Delivery Method
All final files are delivered via secure, cloud-based platforms such as:
Google Drive
Dropbox
WeTransfer
You’ll receive an email with a secure download link once your files are ready. File formats include JPEG, PNG, PSD, or TIFF—depending on your requirements.
1.3 Revision Timeline
We provide unlimited revisions within the scope of the original instructions. Revision delivery timelines:
Minor edits: within 6–12 hours
Complex revisions: within 12–24 hours
Requests for new features or different styles not included in the original brief may require additional time and payment.
2. Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a fair and flexible refund policy for all editing projects at Advanced Retoucher.
2.1 Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a 100% refund of your deposit if:
You cancel the project within 2 hours of making the deposit.
No editing work has started or sample files have been delivered.
We fail to begin your project within the agreed timeframe without prior notice.
2.2 50% Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit if:
You cancel the project after 6 hours of making your deposit, but before receiving any completed work or sample images.
The delay or dissatisfaction is not due to a change in your original instructions.
2.3 Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
You cancel the order after receiving sample or completed work.
The dissatisfaction arises from changes in project scope or new editing requests beyond the initial instructions.
Delays are caused by incomplete information, unclear instructions, or client-side delays.
You fail to communicate with our team after work has started.
2.4 Custom Orders and Large Projects
Custom or bulk projects that require significant time and resources may have separate refund conditions outlined in the initial agreement. These will be discussed and agreed upon before the project starts.
3. Payment Terms
A 40% deposit is required to begin the editing process.
The remaining 60% balance is due upon final approval, before high-resolution files are released.
