Welcome to Advanced Retoucher! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our image editing services. By engaging with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure a transparent, secure, and high-quality experience for both parties.

1. How Our Process Works

At Advanced Retoucher, our workflow is simple and client-friendly:

  1. Send Us Your Images
    Upload your photos through our website or email. We accept all major file formats including JPEG, PNG, PSD, RAW, and TIFF.

  2. Provide Editing Instructions
    Tell us exactly what you need—background removal, color correction, retouching, shadow creation, and more.

  3. Get 1–3 Images Edited for Free
    Receive up to 3 edited sample images free of charge, based on your provided instructions.

  4. Give Us Your Feedback
    Review the samples and let us know if anything needs adjustment. Your feedback helps us meet your expectations.

  5. Deposit 40% of the Total Budget
    Once you’re happy with the samples, a 40% upfront payment is required to proceed with the full project.

  6. Download Final Edited Images
    After completing the edits, you’ll receive a download link to access your finished images.

  7. Unlimited Free Revisions
    We offer unlimited revisions based on your original instructions—no extra charge until you’re fully satisfied.

  8. Make Full Payment
    Once you approve the final work, pay the remaining 60% of the agreed total before high-resolution delivery (if not already delivered).

2. Accepted Payment Methods

To ensure secure and flexible transactions, we accept the following payment options:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Wise (formerly TransferWise)

  • Payoneer

Payment details will be shared after project confirmation.

3. Turnaround Time

Delivery time varies based on the number of images and editing complexity. Standard projects are typically completed within 12–72 hours. Delays due to incomplete instructions or late payments are not our responsibility.

4. Revision Policy

We’re committed to your satisfaction:

  • Unlimited free revisions within the scope of your original instructions.

  • Any request outside the original scope may require a new quote.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund terms are as follows:

  • Full refund available before editing work starts.

  • After editing begins, the 40% deposit is non-refundable.

  • If we fail to meet your original requirements after multiple revisions, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

6. Privacy and Copyright

  • Your images remain 100% your property.

  • We do not share or publish your images without your permission.

  • With your consent, we may showcase selected before/after images in our portfolio or marketing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of image quality due to compression or upload issues.

  • Delays caused by client inaction or technical problems.

  • Misuse of final images after delivery.

8. SEO & Data Collection Policy

For website functionality and SEO optimization, we collect non-personal data (cookies, IP addresses, etc.) to enhance user experience. Your information is secure and never shared with third parties.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please check this page regularly. Continued use of our services implies agreement with any updated terms.
